United Airlines CEO Issues Apology

As per reports, two days after conflicting explanations and worldwide outrage, the chief executive of United Airlines announced an internal investigation into the incident in which a man was forcibly removed from the plane.
Reports also say that, a United spokesperson on Monday backed the company by saying the flight was overbooked.
Chief executive Oscar Munoz's apology came after his letter to the employees became public. In the letter, the CEO defended the crew's behavior on the Louisville-bound plane.
