Refinery blast halts Venezuela oil production

A blast at Venezuela's biggest oil refinery has left 26 people and halted production for two days.
Most of those killed were National Guard troops providing security for the refinery.
Around 80 people were also injured in the explosion on Saturday, which led to a fire at the Amuay plant in Falcon state in the northwest of the country.
The refinery has an overall capacity of 955,000 barrels per day,
President Hugo Chavez has declared three days of national mourning.
