The baby clothing and equipment retailer is hoping that the excitement for the arrival of the Royal baby will be of help in picking up sales. Mothercare, reportedly plans to sell clothing with messages that are associated with Royalty. But chief executive, Simon Calver said that he is not expecting a huge change in the sales. He also said that the the most important thing is the safe arrival of the baby, as reported by The Telegraph.
The company has been under pressure due to the recent cut prices on their products. Calver also reported the positive feedback that Mothercare received after it launched the new clothing range called Value Essentials.
