May 30 , 2014
Intel unveiled two gadgets on Wednesday and showed that it doesn't plan on missing out on any technological trends. One of the gadgets was a two-foot tall robot named Jimmy and the other one was a smart shirt made for athletes.
CEO Brian Krzanich admitted that the company missed the mobile wave, but it isn't giving up on tablets. He also mentioned that Intel is up to speed with the latest trends in technology.
The battery-operated shirt is expected to be available this summer and the company also plans to make sensors in it.
