Emirates Airbus A380 to ply at Los Angeles

  • Emirates, one of the leading carriers of the world, have stated that they shall be upgrading their services between Dubai and Los Angeles by launching the Airbus A380 on the route from December 2 this year.

    The airbus is equipped with 489 seats and this includes 14 first class suites as well. The business class has 76 lie flat beds and the economy class has 399 seats that come with a lot of space. The first class travelers of the Airbus A380 will be able to use a couple of shower spas on air. The premium standard passengers who avail the upper deck will be able to socialize with each other at the lounge that will be equipped with a wide range of snacks and beverages.

    In addition, passengers of every class of the Emirates Airbus A380 shall be able to use wi-fi facilities and use their cell phones. The on-board entertainment system is exceptional as well with at least 1400 channels that include movies, games, television programs and music among others. The airbus will be substituting the Boeing 777-300 ER and will be a welcome addition to the two daily flights that are already operating between the John F. Kennedy Airport of New York and Dubai. The airbus also flies to 22 other destinations which are part of the airline’s global network. In all, Emirates have 34 such airbuses.
