Billionaires are expected to ride buses to get to the Super Bowl
January 22 , 2014
You only need about $2,700 to be able to attend Super Bowl XLVII. The rich can, however, buy their front row seats for $50k. Apart from the tickets being this expensive, there's transportation, which is usually a nightmare.
The NFL wants all attendees to use buses and trains to get to the game this year. "This is going to be a national experiment," a transportation expert said. "The high rollers are not used to riding a bus."
Considering that there are going to be about 400,000 visitors at the venue and no taxi or limo drop-off zones, it may be a smart idea for billionaires to bus it in order to get to their "frost-covered" $10k seats.
