Amazon removes copies of Isis propaganda magazine from website

  • Copies of Dabiq, an Islamic State propaganda magazine that was listed on Amazon, have been removed from the site by the online retailer, media reports said.

The English-language magazine’s copies were listed on Amazon’s UK, US and other websites for several days, drawing outrage from Amazon users.

The publications’ author had been listed as al-Hayat Media Center, the Islamic State’s media arm that focuses on the west.

However, Amazon told the BBC in a statement that the magazines were “no longer available for sale”.
