Ohio fair: One death and seven injuries after being thrown out of ride
July 27 , 2017
At Ohio State Fair on July 26 one person breathed last after being flung into the air from a ride that is meant to hoist and spin them. Seven others were also injured in the same accident and three of them happen to be critically injured. The accident happened because the seats of these people broke during the ride. This was incidentally the opening day of the fair being held at Columbus. The open air ride is named Fire Ball. John Kasich, the Governor of Ohio, has described the incident as tragic.
