Striked at a depth of about 196 km, the earthquake caused swaying of buildings in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
As of now there has been no immediate report of deaths, causalities or any other property loss from the impacted areas. However the epicenter of the earthquake is a remote area, some 167 miles from Kabul, where there are no proper ways of communications. Hence, it could take few more hours to know about the exact damage and the number of casualties if any.
