Established in 1993, Shaheen Air International is one of the most popular airlines of Pakistan. The airline witnessed a tremendous and rapid growth and expansion in just one year on the basis of its efficiency, expertise, high standard service and its brilliant performance. All this led to the airline being named the second national airline of Pakistan. It is presently under the control of TAWA International Inc. (Canada).
The central hub of Shaheen Air International is the Jinnah International Airport at Karachi. Another of its hubs is the Islamabad International Airport at Islamabad. The domestic destinations of Shaheen Air International are Karachi, Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore, Quetta and Multan. Its international destinations include Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat, Dubai, Kuwait and Al Ain.
The fleet of Shaheen Air International is made up of modern and advanced aircrafts. The fleet consists of a total of seven Boeing airplanes. Four airplanes of the model Boeing 737-200 have been added to the three that was already there.
