Established on December 15, 2006 the erstwhile American carrier SkyValue folded up a year later on 6th May. It was headquartered at Fort Lauderdale, Florida and its hub was Gary/Chicago International Airport
SkyValue History
SkyValue was founded on 15th December 2006 by Sky Value Ltd, which worked as a tour operator. The company had stated that it would start flights to five warm locations in USA. It was decided that trial runs would be conducted till April 2007 and if successful the flights would be extended.
It operated as a scheduled chartered airline and its planes were taken from Xtra Airways on a wet lease. It was announced on 27th April 2007 that services would be discontinued on 6th May 2007.
