TAAG Angola Airlines

TAAG Air Angola, the national airline of Angola, is a highly profitable sub-Saharan airline of Africa. Owned by the Angola government, TAAG Air Angola has a subsidiary called Angola Air Charter. The airline was established in 1938 by the Portuguese government which then ruled Angola. TAAG Air Angola was labeled the national carrier in 1975 after the country gained independence.
