The luscious greenery in its scenario has also named it the “Land of rice and fish”, in fact, the soil of the place has never disappointed the people of the place. But the reason which makes Jiangxi a major Chinese landmark is its mineral richness which helped Jiangxi become the “China’s Capital of Porcelain” since times ancient.

In fact, surrounded by meandering freshwater lakes and rivers, like China’s biggest freshwater lake, Poyang Lake, and the Yangtze River, Jiangxi never stops surprising its visitors.   • Donglin(East Wood) Temple :

    The temple stands out as the most significant in Chinese history today for being the birthplace of Chinese culture. Situated at the foothills of Mt. Lushan, the temple lies on the northwestern side of the mountain. Established in 386 A.D., the temple was the birthplace of the Sukhavati sect. The significance of the place had been increased by Jian Zhen, a monk of the Tang Dynasty, who was responsible for spreading Buddhism in Japan.

  • Tengwang Tower :

    One of the most famous towers by the Ganjiang river, the tower lies in Nanchang city. Another of the Tang dynasty’s creations during 653 A.D. In 1926 the tower was burnt down but the structure was resurrected in 1989. Designed according to the song-style architecture, the tower has a total area of 130,000 square meters, replete with beams and columns and beautiful paintings.

  • Ceramic History Museum :

    Built in Jingdezhen City in 1980, the museum spans an area of 83 hectares. Dedicated to ancient ceramic crafts, the museum houses over 5000 displays. The architecture date back to the Ming and Qing dynasties and the antiquity of the place attracts tourists from all over the world.
