The middle band is colored in white. In the white band the coat of arms is drawn. The coat of arm features an eagle, which is carrying a snake in its beak and the eagle is sitting on a cactus branch.

The coat of arm is drawn in the mid position of the white band in the flag. The colors of the flag also have some symbolic meanings. Green is a symbol of agriculture and fertility. Red signifies vigor and bloodshed and white is a symbol of peace.
