Bolivar Square in Colombia is popular for the first ever public monument of Bogota city i.e., statue of Simon Bolivar installed there by an Italian named Pietro Tenerani in the year 1846. The place is surrounded by richly designed structures such as palaces and forts but still has its own charm and stands apart from others.
