Tod is situated 20 km southwest of the Egyptian city of Luxor. Tod is located on the eastern bank of the river Nile and houses a little mud-brick ong time this place is attending a many tourists across the world.
It was started by Ptolemy VIII Euergetes II and comprises a columned court and a hall with several chambers. It also includes a concealed treasury room that is above the chapel on the southern part of the hall. A Roman kiosk was situated near the Ptolemaic temple.
