This is noteworthy that Paraguay Ensign is the only national Flag with two dissimilar emblems on the reverse and obverse. The central parts of the obverse and reverse sides of the flag are depicted with Paraguay "state coat of arms" and Paraguay "Treasury Seal" respectively.
