The preparation of Boza is given below:
- Cook the flour till it gets pink
- While cooking stir the floor continuously
- Add a small amount of hot water
- After that add the mixture to the remaining part of the water
- Cook the entire mixture and stir it while cooking
- Add 2 tea cups sugar to the mixture and stir it till it gets boiled
- After boiling stir the mixture for more 5 to 6 minutes
- Let it cool
- Mix 1 tea cup of fermentation which was made at home
- For the process of fermentation the Boza should be kept in a warm place for 2-3 days
- After 2-3 days the Boza should be poured in bottles and stored in the refrigerator
