The Ninh Binh province in north Vietnam is located at a distance of about 100 kilometers from the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi. Over the years the Ninh Binh of Vietnam has developed into a major tourist destination.
The festivals of Ninh Binh, namely the Yen Cu festival, the Thai Vi festival and the Truong Yen Festival. Ninh Binh in Vietnam is, however, a very small province occupying an area of just about 1,388 square kilometers. Ninh Binh City is the capital of the province. The economy of the province is dependent on its marine as well as its limestone resources. The population of Ninh Binh comprises several indigenous communities. They inhabit the various districts of Nan Binh including Kim Son, Yen Khanh, Yen Mo, Gia Ven, Tam Diep, Gia Vien and Nho Quan.
