For a true Guatemalan travel experience, you must sue the legendary chickenbus. These are colorful buses, which you can use for traveling short distance. Though they are a bit slow, you will enjoy the experience of riding on these colorful buses. However, if you have to travel long distance, it is better to avoid chickenbuses in Guatemala.
