Armenian Recipes are a combination many spices and ingrediants.The influence of Arabic, Persian, Syrian, Turkish and Greek culture can be found in Armenian Recipes.
The origin of Armenian recipes is not known but still the recipes are very tasty and cooked from the heart. Armenian food is spicy but tasty.

Armenian Recipes are not only tasty but there is a unique way of serving them. First Meza which means appetizer is served. Salads such as Fassoulia Salata, Tabouleh Salata, Fassoulia Piaz and Fassoulia Plaki can be served as appetizer.
