The Nevada Road Map clearly highlights the various routes which connect the towns, counties, and cities of Nevada. The Nevada State Map is also an informative tool which indicates the state’s road network. The state highways of Nevada are divided into primary, secondary, and tertiary routes. While Interstate 80 links the east-west locations of the state, Interstate 15 offers accessibility to north-south locations.

Primary state highways of Nevada include routes 142-171, 264-267, 425-447, 509-531, 487-490, 115-121, 317-322, 221-233, 396-401, 359-362, 372-379, 289-294. These primary state highways cover the counties of Carson City, Churchill, Clark, Douglas, Elko, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Mineral, Nye, Pershing, Washoe, and White Pine.

The secondary state highways of Nevada cover the routes of 535, 562-612, 646-686, and 705. These highways cover the following counties: Carson City, Clark, Elko, and Washoe.

The tertiary state highways include routes 715-727, 738-745, 766-767, 773-774, 780-781, 786-794, 816, 822-829, 839, 844, 854-860, 877-880, and 892-895. These highways intersect the following counties: Clark, Douglas, Elko, Esmeralda, Eureka, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Mineral, Nye, Pershing, Washoe, and White Pine.
