French Cuisine



The cuisine of this country has influenced almost all Western cuisines. French haute cuisine is said to have originated from Italian cuisine. There's a distinctive cuisine for each region of France. The ingredients used vary according to the region. For example, in Northwest France, the cuisine uses butter, cream and apples.
