Micronesia newspapers refer to the news bulletins or the newsletters that are published by the state and local governments. Micronesia does not have a newspaper being published on a daily basis. The newsletter of the federal government is published on a fortnightly basis. Almost all the state governments also bring out their respective newsletters. The Micronesia print media, in other words, comprises of these newsletters and news bulletins. The bulletin published by the national government is called the National Union. There is also a private weekly in the country. It is called The Island Tribune. Other Micronesian publications include the Micronesia Weekly and the Pohnpei Business News.
Micronesia News is also provided by the Internet news media in the country. This includes the FSM and the BNN Pros N Cons. There are several foreign Internet news media available in the country too namely Inside Oceania, Topix, Index Mundi and One World. The absence of a daily Micronesia Newspapers is somewhat fulfilled by the Internet news media in the country.
