The current head of the Saint Lucia Police is the Commissioner of Police John Broughton. He is assisted by Hermangild Francis, the Deputy Commissioner of Police. The other important members of Saint Lucia Police are Assistant Commissioners of Police, responsible for departments such as Operations, Support Services, Corporate Services, Territorial Policing and Crime. There is also an Administrative Officer assisting the team.
