Mozambique also known as the Republic of Mozambique is located in the southeastern part of Africa and was discovered by Vasco da Gama in 1498. Mozambique, 35th largest country in the world, is divided into two topographical regions by the Zambezi River. Mount Binga (2435 meters above sea level), is the highest point in the country.
