Interstate 77, Interstate 40, Interstate 74, Interstate 26 and Interstate 73 are the major roadways of North Carolina. While Interstate 77, Interstate 95 and Interstate 85 pass through the northern and southern destinations of the state, Interstate 40 and Interstate 26 intersect the places located in east-west direction.
