Micronesia Agriculture is the chief economic activity of the island nation. Coconut and coconut- oil products like soaps, oils, shampoos, etc are also significant agricultural products of Micronesia. Charcoal is also produced from coconut shells in Pohnpei, Micronesia.
Livestock is reared throughout Micronesia and the products are popular in the local markets of Micronesia. Goats, cattle and buffalo are also raised in Micronesia. These parts of Micronesia agricultural produce are also beneficial for the development of the economic sector.
