United Arab Emirates Flag
The flag of United Arab Emirates was officially adopted on 2nd December, 1971. The UAE Flag is made up of four colors, red, green, white and black.

On the hoist side of the UAE flag there is a vertical red band. All the four colors in the UAE flag together stand for Arabian unity. Supported on this band are three equal horizontal bands of green, white and black respectively from top downwards. Each of the four colors is representative of the Arabic world.
