2 finely chopped onions, 3 finely chopped garlic, 3 pounds beef, one teaspoon cumin, one tablespoon
pepper, one cup finely chopped Parsley, water around three-fourth cup and salt.
Preparation.
- First wash the beef in water
- Put the beef and all the ingredients in a bowl
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for one whole day (24 hours)
- After 24 hours take out the mixture from the refrigerator and make rolls according to the shapes of sausage
- After making the shapes grill them
