Kebapcheta

Kebapcheta is a very spicy as well as toothsome dish in Bulgaria. Kebapcheta is a barbecue sausage of Bulgaria.

The Ottomans acquainted Kebapcheta in Bulgaria. This delicious dish derived its name from Kebap which is a Turkish word.

Ingredients of Kebapcheta for 6 people.

2 finely chopped onions, 3 finely chopped garlic, 3 pounds beef, one teaspoon cumin, one tablespoon pepper, one cup finely chopped Parsley, water around three-fourth cup and salt.
Preparation.

  • First wash the beef in water
  • Put the beef and all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Put the mixture in the refrigerator for one whole day (24 hours)
  • After 24 hours take out the mixture from the refrigerator and make rolls according to the shapes of sausage
  • After making the shapes grill them
  • Hot Kebapcheta is now ready
