Bulgaria is a country located in south-eastern Europe. The total area covered by the country is 42,823 square miles. The estimated population is 7,364,570.

The national capital, Sofia is clearly represented in the map. It is located in the western region of Bulgaria. Covering 190 square miles, and with an estimated population of 1.27 million, Sofia is the largest city in Bulgaria.
