Health Measures for Travel to Djibouti

Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for all individuals above the age of one year, who are intending to visit the exotic East African country of Djibouti. Yellow fever is a prevailing health hazard of the east African country. Apart from this, certain health measures for travel to Djibouti also have to be taken. There is a high concentration of chlorine in the tap water of Djibouti. This may lead to mild abdominal problems. For drinking purpose, mineral water is always advisable especially during the first few days of visit.
