The only Benin airways company fully owned and operated by private entrepreneurs in the Republic of Benin is Benin Airlines S.A. The company is formed with a joint partnership between private equity investors and Utilicraft Aerospace Industries Inc.
The Benin airways company was established with the aim of providing passenger services to other countries in West Africa. Cargo services are also offered. Benin Airlines S.A utilizes Boeing 747 aircraft to satisfy its commercial requirements.
The airline company have also inked deals with Utilicraft Aerospace Industries Inc to set up a final aircraft assembly facility in Benin. Benin Airlines S.A also have exclusive distribution rights for sale of aircrafts manufactured by Utilicraft Aerospace Industries Inc in the West African region.
