Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are the three Baltic States. These three Baltic nations were united with the Soviet Union during 1940s. Though, currently the three Baltic States are separate nations in the European Continent, they maintain a good relation among themselves.

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are three neighboring countries and all them share their border with the Baltic Sea. All these three countries share same kind of climactic conditions and traditional and cultural background.
The republic of Estonia is the most developed country among these three Baltic States. The capital city of Estonia is Tallinn. The official language of the country is Estonian. It has some similarity with Finnish language. Other languages that are widely spoken in the country include Ukrainian, Russian, Finnish and English.
On the other hand the country of Latvia shares its border with the countries, Estonia, Belarus, Lithuania and Russia. The capital city of Latvia is Riga. The official language is Lettish, however, various other languages are also spoken in the country.
Lastly, the republic of Lithuania, located in the northern region of the European continent, shares its border with the southeastern coast of the Baltic Sea. Vilnius is the capital city of Lithuania.
