The republic of Latvia is located in the northeastern region of the European continent. The Baltic State of Latvia shares its border with the coast of the Baltic Sea on its eastern side.

A relatively small country, Latvia Population has a considerably low density. Apart from the chief cities in the country, population is scarce and far between. The total population of Latvia today, stands at around 2,348,784.
