Recife is one of the easternmost cities in Brazil located in Pernambuco. The largest metropolitan area of the Northeast Regions is situated at an elevation of 8 meters above sea level. Travelers look forward to visit the historic town of Olinda which is located on the northern edge of the city. It's just 6 km from the city center.
