Jose Marti International Airport is the full name of Havana Airport which functions as the main Cuban gateway. It is located in the Boyeros municipality and is named after the great and famous patriot Jose Marti.

Havana Airport is controlled by ECASA. The airport has one runway of the size of 4000m which enables the airport to allow aircraft of any size to land conveniently. The Havana Airport has three main functional terminals. Terminal 1 is meant for domestic or national aircraft. Terminal 2 is meant for the charters of Miami, Corsair, and New York. And, Terminal 3, which is the most advanced one, is responsible for handling heavy regular traffic. Besides these three important terminals, Havana Airport has two additional terminals – Aerocaribbean Terminal and Aerovaradero Cargo Terminal
