The seven natural wonders of the world are the Aurora Borealis (a natural display of lights in the northern hemisphere caused when charged particles collide with atoms in higher layers of the atmosphere); Grand Canyon, USA; Paricutin, a volcano in Michoacán, Mexico; Victoria Falls on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe; Great Barrier Reef in Australia; Mount Everest on the border of Nepal and Tibet, China; and the Harbor of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, also known as Guanabara Bay.
