WHO and Chad



WHO and Chad government have joined hands in order to bring about a positive change in the economic and social condition of the country of Chad.

WHO or the world health organization has set up its branches in Chad and has been rendering help to the common people of Chad. WHO and Chad thus share a mutually fruitful relationship where their objective is to elevate the social condition of the Chadian society.

Endeavors Made by WHO in Chad

WHO in Chad has been working persistently through the years. This organization has taken serious measures to set up schools, hospitals and medical centers in the rural sectors of Chad. It has also provided education to the deprived sections of the society. Medical campaigning is also conducted by the volunteers working for WHO. Vaccination programs and health boosters are regularly provided to the rural people and the deprived sections of the society. WHO’s volunteers and workers have circulated food and clothing during times of crisis in Chad. Chad and WHO have worked together to bring about a sense of awareness amongst the common Chadian. WHO has set up refugee camps in order to provide food and clothing to the migrants who are mostly women and children.
