Eforie



Eforie is a city in Romania. The city is located on the coast of the Black Sea. It is a tourist destination frequented for its salubrious climate and also for the famed mud baths unique to this region in the country of Romania.

The city of Eforie in Romania is situated on the Black Sea coast. The small city is located on the maritime side of the Dobrogea Plateau in Romania. The Dobrogea Plateau straddles the Romanian coastline. Eforie city in Romania is demarcated into two parts. The two parts are Eforie South and Eforie North. Eforie South is sandwiched between the Black Sea and Techirghiol Lake. The topography of south Eforie is dominated by a limestone headland. The limestone headland is situated to the north of Tuzla field. Eforie North is the older settlement and lies midway between the Black Sea and the northeastern side of Techirghiol Lake.

Many tourists come to Eforie to relax in the mud baths unique to this area of Romania. The mud is taken from the lake bed of Techirghiol Lake. The beach of Eforie is long and has a length of 4 kilometers. The city is well developed and possesses all modern conveniences like open-air cinema, theater halls, sports fields, and pools.
