Accommodation

There are all kinds of accommodations sprawled across Tehran. However, budget hotels are mostly found in the poorer south, with accommodation rates going higher as you head up north. Hotel rates are also higher in Tehran than in the rest of Iran. There is also a lack of good budget hostels for backpacking tourists, which makes midrange hotels the best option for convenient and comfortable places to stay in the city.
