Zambia tourism is one of the major industries in the country. A large number of tourists from all over the world visit Zambia annually. These include the Victoria Falls, one of the most celebrated tourist sites of the world. It is locally known as the Mosi-Oa-Tunva.

The country is the home to exotic wilderness that incarnates nearly the whole continent of Africa. It provides excellent Zambia tourism. There are a number of wildlife sanctuaries. Zambia is the home to the Victoria Falls National Park, which is also known as the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park.




The country of Zambia also has quite a few other water falls. Among these, the Ngonye Falls deserves special mention. The Livingstone Museum in Zambia is one of the most famous museums in the whole world. However, it is the beauty of nature in Zambia that keeps the tourists and travelers captivated. The Lake Tanganyika, the second largest lake of freshwater in the whole world, is also one of the major tourist attractions in Zambia.


There are a large number of other places of tourist interest in Zambia, which attract many tourists to the country annually. These include the Zambezi River, the Batoka Gorge, the Luangwa River and others. The Zambia visas are also easily available and so are the Zambia flights. The Zambia hotels that line the cities of Zambia provide excellent accommodation. All these have made the Zambia tourism one of the most coveted hobbies among the tourists.
