The All-Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI) Ministry of Natural Resources, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) was founded in 1929.The All-Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI) is under of Ministry of Natural Resources of Russian Federation (MPR RF) and Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). The All-Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI) is a State Federal Sciences. The All-Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI) Ministry of Natural Resources, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) was started as a State Research Centre for the study of theoretical and practical works in the field of petroleum geology. The main aim of the All-Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI) Ministry of Natural Resources, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) is to provide information to the former Soviet Union (FSU). The All-Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI) Ministry of Natural Resources, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) is a pathfinder of many petroleum research and exploration institutes of the CIS.
