The seaside town was discovered first in the 18th century by Dutch explorers who got enamored by the sandy shorelines of Flic en Flac. The name of this town is a corruption of the old Dutch phrase ‘Fried Landt Flaak’, which means ‘Free and Flat Land.’<\/p>\n

Explore Casela World of Adventures \u2013<\/strong> Further down the main road is a 14-hectare delight \u2013 the Casela World of Adventures. It is a fun world designed to enthrall tourists. Beautifully landscaped venue with a variety of exotic flora and fauna, Casela World also sets the traveler\u2019s heart pumping with difficult suspension bridges, zip lines, and hiking spots hidden in mysterious canyons. The quad-bike safaris take the traveler around the Yemen Reserve, which is home to fruit bats, monkeys, wild pigs, and deer.<\/p>\n
