Chiang Mai Thailand is a culturally active city in the northern parts of Thailand. The city is encompassed by lofty mountains from all sides.

Chiang Mai in Thailand is also a cultural hub of the exotic country. Various authentic Thai festivals are hosted in the city. Some of the festivals include Loi Kratong, Songkran and the flower festival. Educational institutions in the form of renowned universities are also present in Chiang Mai Thailand. Other places of tourist attraction in Chiang Mai include the Elephant nature Park and the museums. The city also has good shopping outlets, massage parlors and facilities for other outdoor activities like mountain biking, rafting, hill-tourism and trekking.
