Canadian Tulip Festival
In Brilliant Bright Hues
The Canadian Tulip Festival is a celebration of the brilliance and majesty of these beautiful flowers that grow in and around Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, and Gatineau, a western Quebec City. Over a million tulips bloom in the national capital alone and Ottawa welcomes some 500,000 visitors during this time each year. The Canadian Tulip Festival was first held in 1953 by the Board of Trade and is now the largest tulip festival in the world. The renowned photographer Malak Karsh had initiated this festival as an appreciation of spring in the country. This year Canada is ready to welcome spring, tulips and visitors between May 3 and May 20. Be there.
