Clinton records victory in South Dakota

Hoping to repeat her 2008 win over Barack Obama in South Dakota, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has been successful in leading Bernie Sanders by nearly two-thirds of the votes counted in the US state’s presidential primary. This year, Clinton didn’t hold a rally in South Dakota, instead relied on her husband Bill Clinton. Her political rival, Sanders had rallied in three South Dakota cities ahead of the elections.
