Yoga guru, BKS Iyengar died, aged 95

BKS Iyengar, one of the world’s most famous practitioners of yoga, has died early Wednesday, August 20, at the age of 95 in India’s Pune city.
He had been admitted to a hospital and had kidney problems, doctors said.
The yoga guru invented his own style of yoga called Iyengar yoga, which is now practiced throughout the world. His books on the discipline have been published in over a dozen languages.
His institute in Pune was widely regarded as one of India’s best yoga schools.
