Volcano in Alaska erupts again, leads to aviation warning

  • A volcano in Alaska has been erupting a number of times since 2016 and has now thrown up an ash cloud that is almost 30,000 feet tall. This has also led to an aviation warning in the region. The volcano named Bogoslof erupted on July 8 and sent ash over Aleutians Islands. This information has been provided by Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO). The observatory has further stated that the volcano remains in an unpredictable condition as well as in a state of high unrest.
