U.S. and Asian stocks drop as North Korea fires its second ballistic missile across Japan into the Pacific Ocean

  • On Friday, the world woke up to another ballistic missile launch by North Korea which flew over northern Japan. The U.S. Stock futures and Asian shares dipped while the yen rose as an outcome of this missile launch.  U.S. Stock futures fell 0.25 percent while U.S. Treasuries futures rose to 4/32 in price. The dollar fell to as low as 109.55 yen from around 110.20 in late U.S. Trade on Thursday and last stood at 109.90yen. Japan's Nikkei .N225 ticked up 0.1 percent. The euro traded at $1.1910 EUR=, off Thursday's two week low of $1.18365. Geopolitical tension has revived after North Korea has fired another missile across Japan into the Pacific Ocean
